from last some days I am facing number of problem –

1 – Fortuna Heading Element in VC not editable

Whenever I add a new ‘Fortuna Heading’ element in page or post/portfolio items, it hangs on loading – does not let you edit, add text, or customize. The circle perpetually animates.. Editing existing template/page have same issue.

2 – HTTP Error -image upload to media library

I have done everything that I found out from net – adding codes to function, httaccess, wp-config; change file permission; contact hosting provider… But no solution!

3 – page ‘update’ button grayed out after some seconds/or two more changes

while editing a page/post, after editing 2/3 times, the ‘update & preview’ buttons grays out and I fail to save the changes. I reload the page and do again.

Kindly guide me whats wrong!

I would if I had an idea of what’s going on. What you are describing though doesn’s sound like a theme issue really… Have you changed anything on your installation lately, updated WP or any plugins? How about server configuration? Anyway you can check server logs to see what errors come up there?

Changed any file permissions or anything?? Never seen this error before and it’s not a theme error, rather a server setting one…

I had followed a website guide for the infamous ‘http image upload error’. it suggested to change ‘upload directory’ permission to 744. When I did it the entire website’s images gone. I had to restore from backup. Now the site is fine. And don’t know how now http image upload error is somewhat working ok.

My biggest problem is editing the fortuna heading element using visual composer. It does not work. I cant add this element anymore nor can edit the existing ones.

Indeed I understand, but I am positive this is not a theme issue, I would contact my hosting provider and ask them to see the server logs, obviously something shady is still going on there… Are all other shortcodes working ok?
