But there is no official ‘vc post grid’ element of vc in the page/post vc builder. There is only the custom fortuna post grid element with limited style options. How can i get back the official post grid element of vc, so i can choose my own build post grid with the grid builder of vc?

vc_remove_element('vc_basic_grid');
vc_remove_element('vc_media_grid');
vc_remove_element('vc_masonry_grid');

No technical reason, we are simply using our own grids in the theme as you can see…
Feel free to use the default VC ones if you feel more comfortable with them. :)
