I am having an issue when a page loads that has a header image. The image has padding right and left when the page first loads and within a second it goes full width like it’s supposed to be. I need it to be full width from the start. I tested a page that has a gradient bg and it loads fine. I have put links to two videos. One showing the problem and the other shows the gradient bg without a problem. Please help!

This is the mechanism that is used by the Parallax & Video BGR plugin uses, it calculates the width at runtime and stretches the row.
You can play around with the other row options – Set the row to be full width from the first tab, then you can set the bgr image from the first (Parallax) tab as well or with the second tab (background) if nothing else helps.

I tried multiple row option combinations in the General, Design Options, and Background of the Row Settings and could not fix the issue. Any other suggestions?

did you try stretching the Row from the first tab instead of the 3rd?

The default full width row should actually have a transition:
transition: opacity .5s ease;

Do you see that?
If you let me have your ULR + credentials I would give it a try too.
