I can see you are using a Rev slider. So simply add a background to your Layer and it should actually show in mobile once the video disappears. Also make sure in the popup where you set your Video you set the “Poster Image Url” (the first option when you edit your HTML5 Video element). Then check your “Poster/Mobile Visibility” options! ;)

actually I’m using the Slider only for the text animation, which means the rev slider’s background is transparent. For the video background, I’m using the row settings.

The reason I’m doing that instead of simply using rev slider’s background is because I noticed through testing that using the row bg, the page will load way faster than the previous option.
