This is not an error but a notice, you shouldn’t even see notices on your production site as notices and warnings should be switched off, make sure you relate that to your website administrator.

That being said you shouldn’t really ignore notices and warnings as they might be caused by something more serious.
Obviously the notice comes from the VC Page builder (WPB)… are you running the latest version?
