Do you need the row and the columns at all? In the Demo I have simply used the buttons within the Big Title shortcode where everything is centered by default… you could achieve that simply anywhere in your page by placing them in a Div with centered content like so (add this in your TEXT editor, not VISUAL, as VISUAL parses the DIVs):
