I am having trouble importing the demo content. I had support change max execution time to 180 and I still cannot import the xml file, after a few minutes the browser says the page is unresponsive.

Hostgator support is telling me the don’t even recommend installing a premium theme on optimized wordpress (shared server) because there are plugins already installed on the shared server and you end up having similar plugins using extra resources.

Do I need to have a dedicated server or dedicated resources to install this theme? Or Can I install on a shared wordpress hosting?

Anybody recommend a better hosting where I can install this theme? Hostgator is only 7 on the list of top 10 wordpress hosting providers.

Did they also increase the memory limit for you?
You surely don’t need a dedicated server for our theme or any theme really…
Even our demo is running on a shared hosting and as you can see all is looking sharp.
Generally I’ve heard Bluehost is pretty good, I myself am using a local hosting provider.
