I wan’t to add a custom class to Tab Item [boc_tab]..

Adding [boc_tab title="title" class="custom-class"][/boc_tab] but nothing changes in tab item class..

can you help?

As you prolly noticed you can add a class to the whole Tab section, not to individual tabs.
Once you add that you can target the tabs using CSS pseudo classes – n-th child!
Another way would be to taget them via the IDs that are generated according to the tab’s titles. If you check your HTML via dev tools you will see that for example your “Visual builder” tab is generated with a “visual-builder” id so you can use that. :)
