I need to know how to install the license I bought in the FORTUNA theme.
In addition I have bought the paid version of WPBAKERY and its technical support tells me that the FORTUNA theme is disabling the use of this plugin.

WPBAKERY confused you, we are in no way disabling the use of the plugin. We provide the plugin for you for free, so you can ask for your money back for the plugin as it comes free with our theme.
Let’s get to work, I see you setup our theme, if you provide me your user/pass to the backend I can setup your CSS to support more levels of the navigation for you, I will also update your WPBakery editor to the latest version. :)

I see you managed to save Theme options and some widgets. Are you still having issues with anything? Install your license on Fortuna? What do you mean? :)
