I have 3 rows with ziz-zag content like text-image, image-text, text-image. I tried duplicate the row and use the show-hide options on specific devices but you load data twice and for accessibility it’s a mess.

Is there a chance to re-arrange the columns from right to left?

Good point, from what I know VC doesn’t offer a solution for this out of the box.
You may surely device some custom solutions like:

or swap them around with Javascript on window resize, that require custom work though.
Would love to hear about it if you find a proper quick solution. :)
