I am not a developer or coder, and also new to WP.

I tried my best to install it with documentation help, but my home is blank.
Is there anyone who could install it for me? Paid or otherwise?

As the import file is rather big and the import takes some time usually what happens is the import script reaches the limitation your hosting company has given to your server. Usually they do that to avoid a lockup of their servers, either a memory limit is added or a timeout in seconds. All you need to do is write to them explaining the issue, they will remove the limits, either locally or temporarily until you can run your import script then put it back. Hope they are quick to respond and won’t slow you down, my guys are usually pretty fast in assisting with issues like these, they have other problems though, but that’s a whole new topic, oh well, we don’t live in a perfect world. :)
