Here’s a simple step by step on how to translate the theme texts into your language.
1. Edit the en_US.po file from your /wp-content/themes/fortuna/languages directory using PoEditor.

2. Enter your translations for the corresponding text strings & Save the file with your locale name, for example es_ES.po.

3. From file options select “Compile to MO”, make sure the .MO file is named the same, for example – es_ES.mo

4. Make sure the new PO and MO files are in the same directory – /wp-content/themes/fortuna/languages, then simply change your language from the Dashboard -> Settings -> General -> Site Language to Spanish for example.

I have created a new file cs_CZ.mo + cs_CZ.po, then I put them into the languages folder under fortuna-child. In general setting is’s set on Czech language. Unfortunately I still have English texts on website. Any ideas how to swap the language without overloading website with tons of plugins? Thanks.
