Since Fortuna is still supported and I have a license would you recommend me switching to it?

My 2 major concerns are the portfolio and the shortcodes used for formatting. Would these carry over to Fortuna without having to re-building her portfolio DB ?

Fortuna is fully operational but you would have to rebuild your content from scratch pretty much as the 2 themes are based on different content builders, Terra – default, Fortuna implements WPBakery Page Builder. The effort might be worth it though, as Fortuna will be supported for years to come and is much more functionality-rich. :)
