E.g, I cannot see any news carousel, animated headings and, most importantly, I cannot open mobile\tablet menus.

I found also this Javascript error in common.js:92 :
“SyntaxError: Strict mode does not allow function declarations in a lexically nested statement.”

I have an old Macbook Pro with a version of OSX 10.13.6 and Safari 12.1.1, this is the latest I can go and the issue is not reproducible. What does the JS error say? I see nothing but a function being declared on that line…
