So one way would be to import the Demo on a testing environment, you can then easily see what elements are used on page…
As with anything else getting to know the theme and its elements has some learning curve, once you play around with them you will know what is what and feel more comfortable with the elements. Let me know if you have any issues along the way! :)

It takes forever to test each display style to find the specific one I am looking for.
