We edited our wpconfig file to play nice with the plugin how it is, but the error causing thing seemed to be: On line 2097 of ‘/VC_Ultimate_Parallax.php’, WP_Filesystem() is being used to read a version information file. This causes issues with some web hosts, and can be replaced with file_get_contents().

Would love to be advised if it gets fixed though!

It’s a third party plugin that unfortunately has a discontinued support.

This is the first time I hear about this error, but if the fix you mentioned works we might just apply it in the available plugin version that we ship with our theme.
