Thanks for the v1.5 update! I’m still having trouble though with some parallax effects after the WP4.5 update and reinstalling the VC composer & Parallax plugin. The following problem occurs when I add a parallax background effect to a row using: Background Style: Image / Parallax, Parallax Style: Vertical Parallax on Scroll, Scroll Effect: Move with the content (rest is default)

After saving, the background image doesn’t show a parallax motion, but moves like a normal static image. This worked prior to upgrading to WP 4.5 and 1.5

My Console gives me this error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) – – http://www.mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/parallax_video_backgrounds_vc/assets/js/vhparallax.js?ver=4.5

I’ve checked via FTP and there is no vhparallax.js file? Any ideas.

We bought the plugin also separately to see if we could fix the issues before 1.5 was released, so i’ll see if we can take it up with the plugin developer directly.

For now a headsup on the situation, I downgraded Fortuna back to 1.3 but kept Parallax & Video Backgrounds for Visual Composer at the latest version 1.5.4. which didn’t work so well.

After downgrading Parallax & Video Backgrounds for Visual Composer to 1.5.2 it all worked as expected.
