Thanks for this great theme!

How difficult is it to change the post size in the blog archives page? Medium size post list, featured image and title & excerpt side by side? Or is it possible in the next update?

And also I think it would be very good to have an option to choose not to use the featured image in the posts.

Shouldn’t be hard to achieve if you know your way around some HTML/CSS.
Basically you need to edit your index.php and reorganize the markup a bit.
I would wrap the image in a floated div that is for example 50% wide (then all images inside would have a CSS of max-width: 100%, that way they would shring to its size), then wrap the heading/meta/excerpt in another div floated right. :)
