Hi,

I’ve got a problem I’ve never met before. I installed Your theme, uploaded demo and wanted to upload also sliders which You’ve provided but.. when I want to import it, I click on “Import slider” and nothing happened. It’s the same situation when I click on every option while creating a new slider. It’s very strange and I’ve never had such problems with themes and in every was revolution slider inside. Could You look at it? I can give You pass to site but here it’s a little bit unsafe. I’ve got of course WP, theme and all plugins up to date and tried on different browsers as well as operation systems.

Thanks for any help
Mateusz

Hi there,

Just checked and it seems you are getting some JS errors on the slider edit/create page (check your browser console).
The thing is this is not related to the theme, I changed to the default theme and still you get the errors, you also get them when editing pages.

This is something more global, maybe having to do with your WP installation in general.
I would remove all plugins, then try again, if that doesn’t do it – reinstall WP then retry.
Let me know if i can further help!

Hi,

I reinstall WP and it helped, thanks. I have one additional question, if there is an fronted option in visual composer or I can only use classic mode or backend editor because I don’t see it?

Thanks

Front end editor has been switched off due to most custom Theme elements not having integration for the frontend editor as they have quite a few options to be modified…
You can still turn it on and see how things are if you like, comment out this line in your functions.php:

vc_disable_frontend();
