I also notice that the homepage seems to have padding but i wrote this code no_padding_in_responsive_column. maybe the row setting is wrong?

Not a good idea to change margins of rows as VC sometimes changes row’s width/margins on the fly. Instead you can experiment with adding paddings to the columns
Another way to tackle this is to use % instead of pixels for your margins paddings.
For example in your case, changing those 120px to 10% would look much better in mobile!

The “no_padding_in_responsive_column” class is applied to columns, not rows, that have padding added to them. Once under responsive these columns will switch back to having a regular padding.
