We do have a similar arrow in one of the slides in our Demo, you can easily add a link to it that takes you to a section on the page. :)

Check the third slide. All you need to do is add a link to it that will anchor the ID of a section below then add the rel="smooth_scroll" attribute to it so you activate the smooth scroll function.
