As a person starts to scroll down the page, something on the theme ends up auto-scrolling the person to the bottom of the page. I have tried turning on and off smooth scroll and neither setting works to fix this.

How do I turn off this weird scroll behavior in this theme so that the users can actually read the content on these secondary pages?

Make sure you disable the Smooth scroll functionalities in both the Theme options and the Parallax & Video BGRs for VC plugin! :)
