I am using the Fortuna theme and I would like to create a secondary full-width “footer” bar that appears above the normal widgetised footer section. I will be using this new footer as a way to promote new campaigns/donation drives. But I would like to use VC to design the section and also be able to specify which published pages the 2nd footer should appear on.

I’m trying to save myself the time from having to edit each individual page when I have to change the content. I have seen this idea be done before by another developer so I know it’s possible but I have no idea how to do it myself and I can’t find any plugins or information about coding it.

Any ideas?
