We are using the “fortuna-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme” in the “http://sncmarketing.com/” site. And also we are using the visual composer. But when we add the new element while we create the page by using visual composer, it shows “Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_map_get_attributes() in /home/sncmarkt/public_html/wp-content/themes/fortuna/includes/shortcodes/vc/boc_heading.php on line 11″ error.

So we have tried to fix this issue by deactivated all the plugins which we are using in the site, except the visual composer plugin. But still the same error is showing. We can’t add the element further.

We have attached you the screenshot below what plugins are using in the site.
1. plugin1
2. plugin2
3. plugin3

So this is no conflicted with the plugin.Please look the error, it is coming from the theme only.

And also i need to say one thing. After we have installed the theme it shows another one error which will be conflicted with the “Ultimate_VC_Addons” plugin. so we have deactivated that plugin. Then only the site is coming. After we entering into the page creation process, we are now facing this new issue.

Fyi :
Now we are using the under construction plugin in this site. So you can’t see the page “http://sncmarketing.com/” showing the error. So you need to login to the wordpress to see this issue.

I am seeing this support that everyone can see the conversation of others here. So i can’t send the wordpress login details here and also this is my client site. Can you please tell me the way how can i send you the wordpress login details privately.

Please look into this issue and fix it as soon as possible after getting the login details.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!

Make sure you are using the VC version that comes with the theme.
I assume you are using an older VC version, hence the error. Simply remove and delete your VC version, the theme will then ask you to install VC again (this time it will automatically install the VC version that ships with it).

As for the “Ultimate_VC_Addons” – the conflict could be the fact that you have installed the PArallax & Video BGR plugin that ships with the theme. It is also a part of the Ultimate_VC_Addons plugin though, so some functionalities get duplicated. Simply remove the Parallax & Video plugin and use your Ultimate VC addons plugin. :)
