I do not see the demo single page within out page directory. I see that it is listed as new, or recent, in the theme description, we recently purchased the theme (past 2-3 weeks) so I’m pretty sure we are working with the most recent updated and current version.

The Single Page is actually in that XML file, if you edit it and look around line 25613 you will see it.

Still, here it is if you need it, create a new page, switch to Regular Editor, then TEXT instead of VISUAL and paste this:
