Once you click on the Add Background toggle you have an option for the accent color left border. Other than that you can set a background image by adding one to the row container.
You can take a look at the Demo page (edit it) if you imported it to see how they are set up.

I would like to avoid importing the demo page :/
I saw “add background toggle” but there is only “Add the default grey BGR?” option. I changed the color of the whole row, but I can’t change size and color of the font and it drives me crazy XD I saw also on your website that the textbox can have different shape, but impossible to find this option in settings and docs…

Honestly if you want full customization you can simply use a row with 2 columns where you in the first you would place the customizable text and heading and in the second a button.
The text box is mainly created for reusability and quick access of the grey message box.
Different shape? Not sure about that one… :)
