However, nothing is happening for me when I try to import all the demo data. I am using this included xml file:

fortuna.wordpress.2016-02-02.xml

All that seems to import are some Media images but no Pages, not other kind of info and I can’t see anything at all similar to what your demo sales site looks like (which mine should look like):

I have tried twice and all that happened the second time was that I got a notice that a bunch of Media files already existed and nothing else. I still only have the blank Sample and Home Pages and Hello World Post and nothing else for content.

Can someone please let me know where the error is? Thank you.

Most Authors don’t have the foresight to have the info in Docs so thanks for that, it wasn’t expected so I didn’t see it. A lot of the themes have pretty shoddy documentation so thanks for having this covered already. I’ll be back if I need you for anything.

Most likely the import was killed by your server limitations.
Are you working on a localhost or on a hosting somewhere? If it’s a shared hosting then most likely your local WP server settings (set_time_limit and WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) don’t do much as the server is restricted at a lower level at your hosting provider.
You may ask them to temporarily increase your limitations so that you can import the DEMO!
