Asking this coz Its annoying to see both VC and Slider Revolution asking to update them.. Or shall i update them individually they would never create a issue right ?

I know it may seem annoying to have those asking for updates but updating VC without an official theme update is not advisable as compatibility issues may arise. Rev slider you can get here:
