Sure, did you try with an anchor to the ID of the section, while having the rel="smooth_scroll" attribute added to that link?

Simply use a Text Element, then use the shortcode dropdown to add an icon.
Then wrap that icon with an anchor that has the rel="smooth_scroll"!

but I cannot see the rel=”smooth_scroll” on my source code, it just do not display and my link is just jumping to the test section instead of smooth scrolling…
