I attached a screen capture just to show graphically what I´m facing.

Please let me know if this packaged version of Visual Composer is like this or if there is an error with the pluggin. In both cases I´d like to get a solution.

Sure thing! You can enable the front end editor by simply commenting out (add // at the start of the line) this line in your \wp-content\themes\fortuna\functions.php file:

vc_disable_frontend();
