Adding a link to the bottom bar

We have a page that is not intended for the public, and therefore we have removed it from the dropdown menu. It is a page for those who run our organization.

We would like to have a discreet link to this page somewhere on the website, perhaps at the bottom where it says AquaTheme © 2013 | BlueOwlCreative …. would it be possible to add a link to the text there? Or would it be possible to add a discreet link somewhere else on the site (other than the main menu)?
