Adding Revolution Code to Page

Hi- Love your theme!
I created a slide with this shortcode [rev_slider slider1]
Your directions were not specific on where to put the code in the editor.
When I click on Add an Image Slider I get this code
[slider][slide link=""title=""]image url[/slide][/slider]

slide link=”WHAT DO I PUT HERE”
title=”WHAT DO I PUT HERE”
image url (WHAT DO I PUT HERE)

I am using wordpress 3.5.1. Does Revolution slider work on this.
