Aqua Theme Updates

Hello, I have been using your theme since 2014.
Can you tell me this theme has been recently updated? My programmer is saying it is not and that I may have to look for a new theme?

Please provide a link to the new update. I am recreating my site on a staging server so will need to install full site from scratch again.
