Best Gallery Option for Aqua theme

Hi There
Can anyone advise me on what is the best option for creating a simple gallery page within the Aqua wordpress them?

AND

Is it possible to add a YouTube link to the top header – it is not available in the drop down list when selecting header links, but can it be added easily?
