Cannot activate the theme

    Hi i cannot activate the theme, i just purchased.

    I use XAMMP for localhost test, when i install the theme and try to activate it,
    i got “Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in C:xampphtdocswordpresswp-contentthemesAquaincludesboc_custom.php on line 119″

    error. What’s wrong?
