change background in" videos" pages

    Hi: I have 2 questions:
    1) I do not know how to change background picture in the page “http://homeportmed.com/index.php/videos/” which is the blue background picture

    2)why the footer shows vertically? How to change it into a horizontal style just like the demo shows.
