Change the parameters of Services Template

Hello,
I understood how I can change the single services template, but I need to change the main Services Template, where there are the subcategories of single services.

I created a normal page called “Services” where I put beneath the Services single pages that I created with Aqua’s Services template. Then I change the parameter in function.php to modify address from “item-services” to “Services” like the title of normal page that I created.

Now, when I click on main Services page in main menu, load the standard template and not the page that I created. It’s ok, but I don’t find the way to change the main Services Template. I need to insert custom seo parameter and try to change other things. Plus, in the reminder navigation under the main menu, doesn’t appear the page “services”, but show only “home/single-services”, but should be “home/services/single-services”.

In the editor I found only “single-services.php”, I tried to find something in other pages but I didn’t find nothing.

Can you explain to me how can modify the main Services Template? Or if there is another simpler way to do it?

I hope I was clear, despite my English not very well. Is not simple to explain this problem. I trust in yours experience.
