changing the site title

How do I change the ‘site title’ (think that’s what it’s called) that appears in the tab of the browser. Currently has my favicon followed by the word ‘home’. I’d like to change ‘home’ but cannot find the setting. I changed the ‘site title’ but it doesn’t appear where I’m referrring to here. please advise.
