Circle Counter decimal numbers

Is it possible to show a decimal point and the value beyond a whole number with the Circle Counter? My customer has metrics to display on the front page that includes percentages that cannot be rounded up/down. For example, 4.5 and 2.2 as opposed to 4 and 2. Thanks.
