Closing white space gap between rows

On this website http://test.corvetteclubsantabarbara.com, I am using 1 page navigation and would like to close the white space gap that shows between the bottom of Our Event Calendar row and the top of the Event Pictures row. I thought it was simply entering 0px for the margin value under Design Options for the Calendar row and the same value for the top margin of the Pictures row but nothing changed.
