Contact Form

Hi There,

when I fill out the contact form it comes with an e-mail like this back:

[your-name] <my mail is here>
-
til mig
From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

Everything in the form is filled out properly so why does it come back with this?
