Contact Form: Cc and checkbox

Hi there,

I have two problems with the Contact Form 7:

1. I added a “Cc: example@email.com” in the “Additional Headers” under “Mail” to receive a second email on another email adress, but this does not work.

2. I want to add a textfield to one of my checkboxes, like that: “other: _______”.
How can I do this?
