Custom Sidebar doesn’t appear into the Page Sidebar Selection

Hi, I need to add a custom sidebar and attach that with the page. I’ve added sidebar into the theme function file, it appears into the widget area.. but doesn’t appear in the Page where you have displayed the list of Sidebar.

Pls advise how to get this done.
