Dynamic side bar not showing up

Hi I have a problem with dynamic side bar. I added the news side bar in the theme options called services and added widgets to it. I have selected the sidebar in the
Layout Sidebar

However, when I load up the page the default sidebar still show no matter what sidebar I select the default always show on the page

Any ideas.
