EMERGENCY: Site has random border around it

I installed “Better WordPress Minify” plugin and BWP Minify. I signed up for CloudFlare to use as my CDN as mentioned in your Documentation. For many days i was waiting for Cloudflare to transfer my site. Just today I put the nameservers and my site transferred over.

All of a sudden the whole site is different, all off aligned and not pleasing as all. Mobile and desktop.

Please help me!!
