Footer Widget: Categories

Hi,

I’ve added the footer widget with Categories, but when I preview the footer it does not show up with any of the categories I have created. It only shows up with the demo categories: brand identity, custom design, marketing, etc. In my portfolio categories section, I’ve deleted all the demo categories so only the categories I have created show up. Any idea of how I can have my categories show up in the footer widget?
