Heading Text Color

This is a small problem but I’ve been meaning to fix this little quirk for a while. On my page here:

“YOURS” in the heading is supposed to be red and shows in red in my page edit and I can’t figure out why they don’t show as red on the page. I think it did at one time but it hasn’t worked for awhile. Am I missing some obvious code?
