how to create slider animation

Hi

Can you please guide me on how to create a slider animation similar to the one in Savia template (in Services 2 under Pages – top of page next to heading “We mean serious business”). I have successfully created a revolution slider for the home page however I do not understand how the slider animation referred to above was created.
