How to make Services Posts full width with no side bar

Can you please tell me how I can make Services Posts full with with no side bar. In the meantime I have created a custom side bar that is blank – to avoid showing my blog post categories which are in the default side bar (and which I want to show in the side bar on the blog page). However, I want my Services Posts to show like a normal Page rather than a Post – which means I want them to be full width without a side bar because this makes the page too narrow.
