Icon Links in the header

Awesome theme and as I said – Cant believe I have the site I do in 48hours. http://www.laurasherriff.com

The last thing I need to do is add YouTube and Vimeo links to where the social icons are at the top in the header by the search box and then in the footer at the bottom.

I know this can be probably achieved in code and the icons are in the theme, but is there any way they could be added to the options for this in the Theme editor, along with the Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc choices that already exist in the handy drop down menu?

If the theme could do this, then it has everything!
